There isn't a lot more at this time.
Technically there is (head cannon) stuff going on that you would never guess at.
For instance, Erica, the girl who works at the movie theater... She's the Erica that Billy Cavendish evil mother had killed, for being a distraction to her super soldier/brainwash victim son.
Who isn't in this at all.
So, very different world that way.
*To be fair, Rachel was a bit bitchier in this one than in Dead End. After all, in that world she was one powerful mind control drugs when she dumped all over Mickey. Mick, for his part, also is coping better, since he isn't on massive depressive drugs constantly this time.
Yes, the next book, should be out in about a month. Though I'm focusing harder on the current project for the next weeks. It's much longer, hence taking longer to write.
My point here is that, while other dead end characters might show up (Hot Carley, for instance? She lives downstairs and is a photographer after all.) Most of them really won't be around.

Sadly I'm trying to figure out who is who, and am failing, except of course for Mickey and Colleen. Oh, and it's obvious who the short redhead is, Merri/Mariposa/Brigitte. Sadly enough I have no idea who Lily is, it isn't a female Tor is it? Like Gwen, Pran, and Heather?

*This book features several characters from the main line. (Mickey Robson, Colleen Becks, Rachel Becks.) All in an alternate universe where there are no Zombies. If you ever asked yourself about "What if that hadn't happened..." this is a good indication of that.
