This is a new series, with an interesting twist on the "Super Hero" genre. In this book we follow Mary, the titular character, and her main love interest (who is currently Craig, but who's name is going to change, because I don't love that name. Sorry Craig. I just don't...) as they find each other, across the hallway of their shared condominium building. She works as a City Guardian, as a glorified SWAT team member while he is the infamous Patient Zero, who, as a child, spread the transform virus to the world, killing about forty percent of the population over ten years.
As the story unfolds we learn more about their lives, and lack thereof, as they both come to find each other and the joy of carnal relations with many, many people. (Um, it's porn. Erotica... But, you get the idea.)
Actually I focused on the story in the first draft (Just finished) so need to add a lot more sex, on the next pass on it.
It's actually not too bad, so far.
