Hello All,
Dale and I have been communicating about the recent problems with the Forum here at pspowerbooks.com. It has been decided to retire the Forum and move all author & conversational interactions over to Patreon.
Over the next week or so, I'll be closing down the Forum and creating redirects to start funneling visitors of the Forum over to that URL (the main website showing all the books will be staying).
Thank you everyone for your participation on the Forum these past several years! See you on Patreon!!

Re: Demon Bait Spoilers
Interesting. Different strokes, and all that... It was precisely Keeley's niceness that I liked about her. I like crazy people, but not mean people.

Re: What to read while waiting for the next P.S. Power book
I have not bothered to read all ten pages of this thread, so forgive me if I'm repeating suggestions others have already made. I really liked The Golden Compass. The movie was dreadful, but the book was wonderful. The next in the series was good, but not as good, and the third and last, though still...

Re: Tremble in the Dark: A Gwen Farris Novel
Learning is good. Suddenly acquiring a new super-power every time there's a new challenge is boring.

Re: Science Fiction Becoming Science Fact
A few comments: Dirigibles have been around for a long time and are extremely safe and efficient. This is not "science fiction becoming science fact," it is merely a very positive evolution of an existing technology. I do not believe the claim of 100 mph. Airships have very large surface a...

Re: Tremble in the Dark: A Gwen Farris Novel
Daniel, I think Gwen has a long ways to becoming god-like, though she does enjoy having her "superpowers". Remember, the Westmorlands are all very well trained and powerful in their own right. One of the reasons Gwen is so effective because she doesn't have the built-in inhibitions of the...

Re: Demon Bait Spoilers
Since this thread has "spoilers" in the title, it seems a good place for some comments which include spoilers. My thoughts: (WARNING: SPOILERS) DON'T READ THIS IF YOU DON'T WANT SPOILERS. I was a bit disappointed by Demon Bait. As an atheist, I was sorry that God was brought into a story w...

Re: Zack's Powers
I had a real potty mouth when I was a kid. Eventually I learned that overuse of profanity lessens its impact, and I began saving it for when it was really needed. Mark Twain said that in times of great stress, profanity affords a degree of relief denied even to prayer. The biggest problem with profa...
