Hello All,
Dale and I have been communicating about the recent problems with the Forum here at pspowerbooks.com. It has been decided to retire the Forum and move all author & conversational interactions over to Patreon.
Over the next week or so, I'll be closing down the Forum and creating redirects to start funneling visitors of the Forum over to that URL (the main website showing all the books will be staying).
Thank you everyone for your participation on the Forum these past several years! See you on Patreon!!

Re: Rewrite and re-release of the first six Young Ancient books.
Dale, are you releasing the revisions in omnibus form? That would be sweet. That's how I got into your books to begin with (omnibuses from The Infected, YA, and [much later] Dead End). Given the volume of your work, it provides great value while leaving a lot of room to continue as a new reader.

Re: Excellent
Yeah, I'm very much looking forward to the final book in the arc (2 of 2). It looks like it's building to something entertaining. The build up to the set pieces in this book were good and led directly to worthwhile payoffs and revelations to matters that had meaning to the characters and story.

Count me as excited. I'm interested in what new directions you take the various universes.

Re: Update Area: (New stuff posted here!)
I've taught Wu Yin Tong, judo, boxing, savat, jui-jitsu, and a few other forms over the years. (I also practiced Tae Kwan Do, but didn't teach it.) I spent nearly thirty years working at a... well, ultimately silly rate trying to gain skill in these areas. Now... Well, there is a problem. I worked ...

Re: Update Area: (New stuff posted here!)
Um... A badass self-defense pamphlet? I need to rewrite it, but I finished already... No pictures yet. I might... I don't know, start on a new book series tomorrow. I need to figure out what I want to write. Dale, unless I'm badly mistaken, somewhere among the dark cobwebs of my mind I remember rea...

Re: What to read while waiting for the next P.S. Power book
Baen has digital copies of Conrad Stargard series, at least most of them - there's an omnibus of the first three. https://www.amazon.com/Conrad-Stargard-Radiant-Warrior-volumes-ebook/dp/B00APA4O98/ref=sr_1_1?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1481639240&sr=1-1&keywords=conrad+stargard+serie...

Re: What to read while waiting for the next P.S. Power book
I once sat down and read all of moby dick. the original, unedited, unmodified for modern sensibility version. something like 20 chapters of whaling and whaling related information. It was like a whaling textbook. Yes. The dreaded cetology. People back then had a huge amount of time on their hands, ...

Re: What to read while waiting for the next P.S. Power book
LE Modesitt Jr. wrote the Recluce novels. I think I'll pass. Sorry, but a whole chapter of nothing but the finer points of iron smithing and metallurgy with no pay off later in the book just can't be tolerated. Yes, that happened. The fact that the editor either didn't catch that or was overruled is...
