If you haven't started on that, do it now...

Not that I'm having turkey, but you need to see to that now, and follow proper handling procedures.

Back atcha big guy! Due to unforseen circumstances, we had ours yesterday. It was good, not great, but good. Happy Turkey Day Everybody!

Pulled mine out on Sunday to thaw in the fridge. Planned to bake pies today but work called yesterday and asked if I could do a case so no baking for me. Did help an elderly person save her leg from possible amputation by assisting the dr who opened a blocked artery in her leg, so not worried about pies. Daughter bought a pumpkin and made a chocolate pudding pie so good enough.
