Hello All,
Dale and I have been communicating about the recent problems with the Forum here at pspowerbooks.com. It has been decided to retire the Forum and move all author & conversational interactions over to Patreon.
Over the next week or so, I'll be closing down the Forum and creating redirects to start funneling visitors of the Forum over to that URL (the main website showing all the books will be staying).
Thank you everyone for your participation on the Forum these past several years! See you on Patreon!!

p.s. Sorry about all of the coding errors. They reset nightly these days and I can't keep up with changing the code that often...

Shine
Re: Shine
Can't wait for the new works! I'm interested to see how the war plays out.
Shine was great. I'm awful at leaving reviews, but seeing that it helps and can help me get more books written by you, I'll make sure and do my part and leave a review for all of them(was thinking of doing a whole series re read anyways ).

Well, I can't say I know much about advertising...but it sort of confuses me. You are advertising the 13'th infected book in order to get new customers. Seams to me that ther are 3 main possibilities:
1) They have read the other 12 and will be on the lookout for new ones.
2) They tried the series but didn't like it enough to continue.
3) They need encoragment to start reading your books.
It don't take a lot of brains to see only the 3'rd group provides new sales potentual - and they are most likely to want to start a series from the begining. So, shouldn't you be advertising the series as a batch - And perhaps giving the first away in your ad?

Re: Shine
A lot of new people are reading Shine. It's a series, but due to the nature of it you can start at any of the smaller arc beginnings and still get what is going one pretty well.
*A lot of people don't want to start with "old" works.
**I've gotten a bit smoother and more professional in my writing style and editing, so directing people toward the better works makes some sense as well.
These are my current take on things.
