Hello All,
Dale and I have been communicating about the recent problems with the Forum here at pspowerbooks.com. It has been decided to retire the Forum and move all author & conversational interactions over to Patreon.
Over the next week or so, I'll be closing down the Forum and creating redirects to start funneling visitors of the Forum over to that URL (the main website showing all the books will be staying).
Thank you everyone for your participation on the Forum these past several years! See you on Patreon!!

p.s. Sorry about all of the coding errors. They reset nightly these days and I can't keep up with changing the code that often...

A Maria book... There are three ways I might be able to do that.
1. Maria, Countess Ward, must reach past the shallow and "overly friendly" person that she once was to protect her people. Action and adventure replace her average day to day schedule. At least for a bit. This would be no more than a soft "R" rated book, but part of the normal flow of things.
2. Maria is herself, and living her life, while trying to recapture the good graces of the King and Kingdom, and there are a lot of scenes where she just got done entertaining, or is just about too, as the door swings shut.
This could also be doable. PG13 to R.
3. An erotic novel that has too much story to be considered porn, but way to much graphic sex to be even "R" (for a book, I mean.) This would be a bit like one of the later Anita Blake novels, or perhaps a bit stronger. I could put it in erotica, place warnings all over it and so on.
That should be enough, as long as the people that don't like that kind of thing don't hire hit squads to ruin all my ratings over it.
I have to say, I'm sort of tempted to do that last one. If so, I think I'll keep it shorter than most of the other books. (Around 100,000 words or so? Maybe not.)

Dale, I think an erotic novel would be an interesting idea. Personally, I WOULD buy it. But, just wondering, would it be priced like most adult media? I'm not certain if it's to deter the underage or to make a decent profit despite lower sales. But adult media all seems overpriced to me, not that I buy it ,of coarse, I'd never do that, that's naughty and all isn't it? I mean ....Um ... (blushing convincingly).

I read the 50 shades novels, and they were pretty graphic. Learned some surprising facts too! *blushes* A co-worker friend lent them to me, actually pushed the 1st one on me " you HAVE to read this!" I found them interesting, intriguing, exciting, passionate and romantic.
I think a Maria book would be like those... it would have to be a stand alone though, not a continuation of the story line. I don't know if Amazon has age limits on buying certain types of books? That would be good too. I think sales on it would be high to tell the truth. It might even bring in new readers to the YA story, which is always a good thing!
I still want a Sara book too tho

Oh that was hilarious!!!!
I'd forgotten about all the abuse...... it's all the "toys" I'd never heard of or knew existed that stayed in my memory... !
Dale won't make an abusive story, just not his style. Not in that way anyways. I guess that was a bad example to compare to.. but it's my only reference for a sex book I've read (other than a hot harloquin romance and they were pretty tame compared to it). *sigh*
My point was that it might increase his sales... at least I hope so.
