Does anyone know the chronology of when the various books in this universe were actually written? Was alternate places an early version of other places? Were they written before the first Keeley book? Curious to see how the story evolved...

These were the first three books I wrote.

So they predate everything. Including common sense and restraint. Still, those things can be over rated...
