What to read while waiting for the next P.S. Power book

Made the mistake of trying the Alex Verus books by Jakka. I say mistake because once you start the first, you just can't stop reading until the end of the sixth. Seventh is already scheduled with a release date.

Ran across a new series that's on kindle unlimited when book four came out. It's an easy read and a good fun story though it takes its time to get going the first half of book one. It is a little free with the cursing, just a warning, no sex though.

Ran across this in someone else's review section. Figured all the elliot kay fans will get a kick out of it. A whole lot of gratuitous sex with mermaids, pixies, succubui, dragons ect ect.

Basically a normal or not so normal guy runs into a succubus at his office, and his ho hum life derails from there. Notvmy cup o' tea but supposedly as good as Kay's stuff.

Elemental awakening by Zakary Bennett is pretty good. Interesting take on a wolrd of elementals and humans.

Huh, if we're adding the fantasy genre with sex in it like Kay's books, there's a few good series by D. R. Rosier, although only the second is on KU. There are more there too, but I don't want to spam the post.

Sam Witt's Pitchfork County series is seriously twisted. His first book, Half Made Girls, is free on Amazon for a short time. His writing has been compared to Jim Butcher in the Dresden Files, but I find it even darker and more ominous. The protagonist, Joe Hark, is hard to like in the first book but he grows on you along the way as he struggles to put his life back into order while fighting the darkest of evil. Perhaps the most interesting element in the stories, though, is his relationship with his wife and his two children, all cursed in their own ways.

Lol I confess. I get bored with erotica novels that are all m/f, and m/f/f, with added f/f, and treat m/m as some horrid thing. Its why the generator wasn't my cup. Guy gets random blow job that causes an accident. Dream screws the succubus to heal. First day out and home, he goes to a club and shags a girl and her roommate. Next day hes s/ming his boss in the office and the two girls from the night before follow him home. His neigbor pops the door makes a joke about thinking he was gay and instant response of "Whaaaaat!!! Oh god no!!!"

That said. Sexless goodies in the form of Furious Winds by Rain Oxford, book four in their elemental series.

Annnd yes. Half Made Girls is wayyyyy darker/gritty than Dresden.

Huh, the ones I posted are a little heavier in plot and substance than that Shadelit, but still erotica fantasy books in the end.

I'll back up the Rain Oxford suggestion, read it already and agree it's a good one. I like all of Rain Oxford's books, they're worth checking out if anyone hasn't yet, all on KU as well which makes it painless.
