Hmm, it's been verified already that Zack/Tor/Glenda/Proxy are all the same people, I'm probably missing a couple.

I'd love to see a wiki page with who is whom in each series. I know some of it was revealed in the last AR book, but to have it all in once place would be handy.

I'm not sure my last post made it up. Anyways I think Ben is Jake from the Dead End Series and Sure Shot from the Infected Series. I'm not sure about Sure Shots name I think he was the leader of team two.
