Hello All,

Dale and I have been communicating about the recent problems with the Forum here at pspowerbooks.com. It has been decided to retire the Forum and move all author & conversational interactions over to Patreon.

Over the next week or so, I'll be closing down the Forum and creating redirects to start funneling visitors of the Forum over to that URL (the main website showing all the books will be staying).

Thank you everyone for your participation on the Forum these past several years! See you on Patreon!!

p.s. Sorry about all of the coding errors. They reset nightly these days and I can't keep up with changing the code that often... :(

Right there with you on the Brothers, Korwin. Far too often reviews whine about how main characters have it too easy, with no strife or challenge, ect ect. Yet those types of books are few and far between when compared to the main characters that are supposed to be some kind of uber powered godly being that basically spends the entire book/series as an abused punching bag, that whines about how bad their life is, how horrible they are, ect ect.

Another good series I've been going through is Kylie Chan's Dark Heavens series. Chinese mythology meets modern day. Really good. First book is White Tiger, Dark Heavens 1

Qhn. If you've read through most of the suggestions here, you've probably already gotten all the highlights. LOL The one that strikes me as a perfect example of main character living up to his godly abilities and not being a total push over. Would be the Demon Accords. LOVE Those books. The first one is a little shakey. But with each new addition to the series, the author's writing just get's better and better. Adding Declan to the cast of characters just made it even better.

Okay. Now I'm out of things to read. Already finished Persist. I'd kill for something like the Twice Dead God series though. Those books.... Were just awesome. Reminded me kind of like NightLord.

The third book of the Poor Man's Fight, Rich Man' War I think it'll be called Rich Man's Debt by Elliott Kay should be out by March 15th. Good author, good series, if you haven't read it yet. Good Intentions also by Kay is great.

Death Dealer Saga by Jessie Wolf

5 books:

http://www.amazon.com/Into-Fire-Once-Mo ... B00V9452ZO
http://www.amazon.com/Out-Ashes-Dealer- ... B00VN282FE
http://www.amazon.com/Birth-New-Legend- ... B00VN3LZGG
http://www.amazon.com/School-Time-Death ... B016PAPLAW
http://www.amazon.com/School-Time-Death ... B016PC6UI2

with one more on the way. All KU eligible.

While it's SciFi and not fantasy, I would think most people that like the Legacy of the Twice-Dead God or Nightlord series would also like this one. Main character is getting quite powerful very fast.

In parts, especially after the first book, it quite reminds me of the prototypical Japanese mecha anime or manga.

A few bad points:

Editing/proofreading is quite lacking.
I find the re-use of well known real-world and fictional names for characters highly annoying.
Noticeable inconsistencies between the books.

But still, overall, they made for quite enjoyable light reading.
