Hello All,
Dale and I have been communicating about the recent problems with the Forum here at pspowerbooks.com. It has been decided to retire the Forum and move all author & conversational interactions over to Patreon.
Over the next week or so, I'll be closing down the Forum and creating redirects to start funneling visitors of the Forum over to that URL (the main website showing all the books will be staying).
Thank you everyone for your participation on the Forum these past several years! See you on Patreon!!

p.s. Sorry about all of the coding errors. They reset nightly these days and I can't keep up with changing the code that often...

Re: I'm considering doing a few more stand alone books this year
The short answer is, yes, under the Pathfinder rules, that's per round (about 6 seconds).
The longer answer is, it's complicated.
In combat, according to the rules, you can move your base speed per move action (allowing also for an attack in the same round). Or 4 times (3 times in heavy armor) your base speed for a full-round run action (but only in a straight line).
As the broom is "like the http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spell ... and-flight spell", which states "When using this spell for long-distance movement, you can hustle without taking nonlethal damage", that's basically 2 times the base speed per round.

It's the slow season and getting readers is more important to me than wringing pennies from pockets.
Some of the prices will be going up after my birthday next month.
Scales being a first of three will be at .99 cents however, so that more people will be interested in reading the second one.
Part of it has to do with depression, however. Economic and otherwise.
