Looking through MarciaA's link, I liked "coalescence". It could be formalized into "The Coalescence". Part of the reason I like this word is it starts similar to Coalition, but has a back end similar to Essence - which is essentially what we're working with. Each Essence being reflected as different individuals within the Multiverse.

There's also vertex and axis..as much as math isn't my favorite the terms would work with the concept of line walking. Kinda also depends ( in my head anyway ) which universe you want to use as your "anchor-verse". Unless you don't see it that way, in which case you can ignore this and I'll stay in my corner.
