Hello All,

Dale and I have been communicating about the recent problems with the Forum here at pspowerbooks.com. It has been decided to retire the Forum and move all author & conversational interactions over to Patreon.

Over the next week or so, I'll be closing down the Forum and creating redirects to start funneling visitors of the Forum over to that URL (the main website showing all the books will be staying).

Thank you everyone for your participation on the Forum these past several years! See you on Patreon!!

p.s. Sorry about all of the coding errors. They reset nightly these days and I can't keep up with changing the code that often... :(

Two Bends

Named for an old river that had shifted several times, having a lot more than two bends in it now, was pretty much in a forest. It was a lovely place, but in a homey kind of way. The buildings on the Main Street were new and impressive enough, and the new school was sharp looking, being a magical building that Tor's wife had donated to them. (The dark half of the sun).

Full of people that are just a bit too tall to be of the 'slave' type, meaning they're merchant class, normal humans. Also full of people with unlikely last names. Who just happen to be spies with a family centric view of the word that reminds me of traditional yakuza (it fits since they're a clan of mostly mystical, secretive hereditary assassins)
It has bakers that look like first class warriors and the spoken language is a high tech language created to help people learn all other languages quickly.

A Completely Ordinary Village. Really.
